By creating an account or using the FitTrack application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FitTrack.

2. Description of Service

FitTrack is a gym program tracking platform that enables personal trainers to build structured workout programs and assign them to clients. Clients use the mobile app to follow prescribed workouts, log sets in real time, and track progress over time. The service operates via a web portal (for trainers and administrators) and a mobile application (for all roles).

3. User Accounts

To use FitTrack, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. FitTrack accounts are for individual use only — you may not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FitTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

FitTrack and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the FitTrack team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the workout data you enter into the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FitTrack is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. FitTrack does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any fitness program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitTrack and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using FitTrack and delete your account at any time via the Profile screen in the mobile app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FitTrack shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
