What counts as an active client?
Any client connected to your account with at least one active program assignment. Archived or disconnected clients don’t count toward your plan.
How do Growth bundles work?
Each Growth bundle adds 20 active clients for $20/mo on top of your Starter plan. Stack as many as you need — five clients on Starter, then +20 per bundle as your roster grows.
When does Premium pay off versus Growth bundles?
Growth is cheapest for smaller rosters — 45 clients runs about $50/mo on Starter plus bundles. Once you’re coaching at scale, Premium’s flat $100/mo for unlimited clients comes out ahead, and you get every premium feature as it ships.
